Nol-Tec Europe has a large experience in the realization of plants for Power, Ecology, Incinerator, Fly Ash and Waste Dust Handling and has several applications specifically desigend for these industrial fields, among which there is the patented mitigation system of SOx/ Hg: il SORB-N-JECT.
TECHNOLOGIES AND APPLICATIONS:
Boiler feeding
All the boilers are usually fed through pneumatic conveying systems, whether are they fed with carbon dust, biomasses, wood dust, lignite etc.
The plant uses the Nol-Tec Europe Dense Phase (Transporter) technology with Slow Flow (Rotare Valve) which weights (Loss in weight durino the conveying with 1% precision) while conveying ensuring a continuous boiler feeding, with a constant air/product rate while the capacity varies.
Dust evacuation plants
All plants equipped with a boiler produce dust (if they are fuelled with fossil fuel). Nol-Tec Europe has conveyed dust to be evacuated from filters and electrostatic precipitators to storage silos, with different technologies. Recently, it has been planned a plant to convey dust over 1 km.
Transport vessels, screw pumps and venturi eductors have been used to convey dust up to 1000°C.
Furthermore, Nol-Tec conveys BED ASH with size until 20 cm without the need of a powderizer/nebulizer mill, while it is usually needed.
Pollution mitigation through Dry Sorbent Injection System
Nol-Tec directly injects sorbents such as trona, sodium bicarbonate and activated carbon into the gas ducts before the electric filters using the same plant.
Nol-Tec has developed Bi-Sorbent technology using the same plant both for lime and for bicarbonate without the need of mill micronizers.
