The company division Nol-Tec Automation & Service was born from Nol-Tec Europe experience in industrial plants. NAS is able to manage the automation of manufacturing processes, from the analysis of the customer needs to the plant start up.

-         manufacturing process control through a SCADA or MES supervision system, installing control panels and one or more control stations for the department managers in strategic points of the plant;

-         possibility to modify the parameters directly from the operator position;

-         realization of video synoptic that are intuitive and functional, in order to make the operators able to manage the system without a specific training;

-         comparison between the current values and those stored into the production archive, to prevent and determine intervention, avoiding production down time;

-         remote control through appropriate nets and protocols, such as Ethernet and Internet;

-         memorization and repetition of a receipt quickly and without long intervention time and operators;

-         memorization of the process information into a SQL data base and the creation of a report for the data visualization. The SQL software collects all the data of the industrial systems of the whole plant, offering a single central source;

-         acquisition of bar codes of any materials, through bar code pistols or bar code readers, directly connected to the PLC through a communication net.
